500 Million VND Nguyễn Thái Bình Scholarship – Thanh Niên Newspaper for Central Vietnam Students

The Heritage for the Future Foundation has granted 500 million VND through the Nguyễn Thái Bình Scholarship – Thanh Niên Newspaper to support students in flood-affected areas of Central Vietnam.

On the morning of November 15, at the "Living Heritage – Heritage for the Future" exhibition organized by GG Corporation at GEM Center (Ho Chi Minh City), Associate Professor – Dr. – Physician Phan Toàn Thắng, representing the Heritage for the Future Foundation, presented a symbolic 500 million VND donation to journalist Hải Thành, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Thanh Niên Newspaper. The fund will be jointly used to award the Nguyễn Thái Bình Scholarship – Thanh Niên Newspaper to students affected by recent flooding across the central provinces.

This scholarship fund is sourced from the Heritage for the Future Foundation under the Living Heritage project, which aims to support and encourage the development of culture, education, and healthcare. Living Heritage is a project dedicated to promoting meaningful life values, with its first two key events being the “Living Heritage – Heritage for the Future” exhibition and the Jazz Concert – IMMERSED.

At the exhibition, the organizing committee introduced the digital publication *“The Universal Within – Vũ trụ của TÂM”* (Volume 1), featuring distinguished Vietnamese figures around the world who embody intelligence, resilience, and creative spirit, such as: Associate Professor – Dr. – Physician Phan Toàn Thắng; Sir Niels Lan Doky (Đỗ Kỳ Lân) – the Vietnamese-born “Jazz Knight”; filmmaker, war correspondent, and painter Nguyễn Thị Xuân Phượng, age 96; and a rare calligraphy piece by the late Zen Master Thích Nhất Hạnh bearing the two characters “An Trú.”

Visitors also had the opportunity to experience the renowned C. Bechstein piano, the Aroma Therapy Collection “The Universal Within,” and the Lifestyle Collection “Living Heritage,” creative works blending art, philosophy, and contemporary wellbeing.

From 19:00, the Jazz Concert – IMMERSED took place at the exhibition, featuring jazz pianist Sir Niels Lan Doky – Knight of the Danish Royal Order, together with People’s Artist Thanh Lam, saxophonist Quyền Thiện Đắc, People’s Artist Hoàng Anh, singer Hà Trần, and others.
